The new Phase is a revelation and we urge you to try one. E-bikes can be a devisive topic, but once you are bitten by the bug they are hard to resist.

The Phase 29 takes many of its traits from the new Stage 6 Evo, 64° head angle, 76° seat angle, reduced offset fork, increased reach and a metric shock but it also incorporates Shimano’s newest battery technology – 8036 upping the capacity to 630Wh. It's important to have a battery that was easily removable. Hearing of riders doing “double battery rides” is very much a reality and we wanted a system that allowed this to happen as easily as possible. The battery is now removable with the use of just a 4mm allen key, so there are no bolts to undo and it should take a matter of seconds to swap. Second batteries will be available from Orange and will come with the protective cover as standard.

With 29” wheels, 170mm travel at the front and 155mm at the rear this bike is prepared to go wherever you are willing to take it.

The new Phase MX features a brand new and improved frame and the Shimano EP8 drive system with the 630Wh integrated battery, offering 25% more capacity for even longer rides.

THE RIDE

The confident geometry, with its agility and stability is better than ever, and for the 2022 line up, we’ve upped the travel both front and rear, while keeping that low CofG we are famed for. With a power assisted bike long travel makes sense, climbing with extra watts in your legs or descending at speed, this bike needs to take the hits in its speedy stride.

The 2022 Phase 29 geometry solidly ticks its performance orientated boxes with a 64° head angle, 76° seat angle, balanced reach  (483mm Size: Large), With 155 mm of rear travel from the 230x57.5 metric shock and a reduced offset 170mm travel fork.
